When you see the cover of Aaron Parks' thirteenth album, the thought immediately comes to mind: ' That's All Folks !', but with his return to Blue Note, the pianist's future seems assured of plenty of great new work. 'Little Big III' is the third album he made with guitarist Greg Tuohey, bassist David Ginyard Jr. and drummer Jongkuk Kim. The album was produced by house producer and label boss Don Was. Musically, Parks seems to have been inspired by Philip Glass, Radiohead and EST. There could be worse references.
